Private One to one Sessions:
I charge: £35 per hour, £25 per 45 mins, £20 per 1/2 hour.

Or one session with me to focus on technique and exercises and a planned training routine to follow.
You would warm up yourself and cool down yourself.
I also provide group sessions and private group sessions. These can be much cheaper than having one to one sessions.
I am a Personal Fitness Trainer at Coventry Pure Gym and also train clients out of Pure Gym in various locations: whether it be in a park or a private studio. I offer my training towards young aspiring athletes all the way to elite athletes. Having had plenty of experience through many sports all my life, I make the training interesting, creative and sports specific. I have training programs to sell and to teach one to one for people who are just into getting fit.
Group session are from £10 per person, per hour or less.
Group session prices all depend on how large or how small the group is.
